Four Strikes is the middle book on our journey through this series. Though each book has taken us down a dark path with these three characters, each has also left me full of questions and theories. I'm quite enjoying the twists and turns of this series as I learn along with Ella what the next round of the game will entail.
Chemistry flares between Ella, Tobias and Preston even more within the pages of this book. Things are steaming up between them, but also more is going on. Tobias is struggling, there's a new player in the game, and even more questions that need answering. My mind is spinning with these questions and my own theories about the whys, the hows, and even more importantly - what is it all leading to?
I love the world LP and Stevie have developed in this series, these players, Tobias and Preston who have introduced Ella to this week of the Unknown. A week of all sorts of twists and turns, games that keep you guessing, and an oozing sex appeal even in the midst of chaotic confusion. It all blends together so amazingly well. If you love Dark and Twisty look no further than this series which delivers all that and more just a little bit at a time.
